Refund and Return Timelines

I. Dropoff Timeline:

The return drop off time starts from the day you make a request to return an item to the day you return the item to the pick up station. You can make a request to return an item, either returning the order to the pick up station near you or by calling our customer service on 0200804010

II. Refund Timeline:

The refund time starts after your item has been dropped off at any of our pick up points to the day the issue has been confirmed by the after-sales team. A Refund will be initiated within the timelines below:
Note: If the reason for returning an item cannot be validated, such item will be redelivered to you and a refund will not be processed.
